Next week is going to be a busy week for Rapscallion... On Monday we will be filtering our current batch of Rapscallion Honey and kegging it on Tuesday. Thursday and Friday we will brewing another 30Bbl (930 Gallons). This batch will be ready for kegging in approximately three-weeks.
