In The Tank

Well, we just brewed a double-batch of our Honey on Thursday and Friday. That is 30 barrels (930 Gallons) of fresh beer coming soon. It is currently bubbling away in the fermenter. In about three weeks this new batch will be ready to be consumed. Within these three weeks, the beer will ferment for about two and half weeks and then we will filter it and keg it.
